Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY - GROOVE KUTTZ BARBER SHOP

At GrooveKuttz, we are committed to providing high-quality grooming services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds and service adjustments.


1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver excellent barbering services. If you are not satisfied with your haircut or grooming service, please let us know before leaving the shop, and we will do our best to make reasonable adjustments at no additional cost.
 

2. No Refunds on Services

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for haircuts or grooming services once they have been completed. However, we are happy to make minor corrections within 48 hours of your appointment if you are unsatisfied with the result.
 

3. Product Refunds & Exchanges

If you purchase hair or grooming products from GrooveKuttz and they are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
 

4. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits (if required for bookings) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if canceled with sufficient notice.
     

5. Exceptional Circumstances

If a refund is warranted due to extenuating circumstances, it will be issued at the discretion of GrooveKuttz management.
